Unexpected Good News About The Car

Just had an email from my dad to ask if one of his mates can borrow my clio whilst i am down-under and as payment for the loan of the car he is paying for a Service, MOT and Tax!

Well this is great because its long overdue for a service, it will probably need new front tyres, Right hand rear light cluster (brake light stopped working and its not the bulb) and new wipers to pass the MOT!

The best thing about this is that i would not have been able to afford this on my return at least for a month and its all being done at no cost to me!

i dont like the thought of anyone driving my car but this guy is late forties and drives like a granny anyway. Its a 1.2 what damage can he do!?!?!

the light will probably only require to connection cleaning up, they rusted over on my 172 and weren't working.

It shouldn't be in this condition anyway. Long overdue service? Your car is clearly suffering, but good news on him sorting it out for you.
