Unknown engine trim found!

Hi!
Can someone tell me where this thing goes? The part number tells me that it's a cover from somewhere but I couldn't find info about where it fits.
Two guys changed the alternator wheel, it seems that they've forgotten to put it back. Also, since then the bonnet won't pop up by itself, I have to pull the hood and the release latch at the same time.

Part number is: 8200068386

also on the bonnet part.. there is two rubber circles just above the grill one each side. these put pressure on the bonnet and he likely undone the one by the alternator if it was digging in to him while working on it (i just did mine) give it a twist to raise it slightly and see where you go from there. look at the rubber thread its obvious which way us up and down and see where this gets you.
