up stream 02 sensor?

is this the one before the cat or after? as mine needs replacing. also is it a dealers only part or can i get it from somwhere like gsf or euro parts?

ebay have a decent price on them dude. But any motorfactors can get them no probs. Upstream is before

thought it was as the car is chugging and hesitating to go which would indicate that one. i think the one after is just to read the 02 levels coming from the cat to see if it is doing its job which wouldnt affect the car its self would it.

it shouldnt, I have heard of them causing problems tho so don't rule it out that easy. Easiest way to check is with a code reader. They can be swapped around if you wanted to get back on the road for now

ive had it on a computer and they said it was the upstream one but was unsure which one the up stream was lol. so i know its that one that need doing. is it an easy job? or am i going to struggle my testies off and end up takeing a welding torch to it lol.

nice one mate cheers. ill get on that this weekend. lol renault want about £130 to do it whilst i was having other bits done. i told them to leave it alone and that i would do it myself haha.
