Upgrading the standard 4k,ish HID bulbs

Im wanting 6k I think, not made my minde up if i want 6k or 8k

I can remember reading its D2S fittment, so its a straight swap?

Does the Wattage matter? dont know what standard is.

D2S yeah and I wouldn't go above 6K as it'll become unuseable.

So all the clio gubins will take a 6k bulb, dont really understand how they work, just want to make sure they will work and fit.

Ive atcually found some on ebay a little cheaper

6K relates to the colour temperature of the discharge lamp (bulb).

Think it's 6300Kelvin to be precise.

8K will be silly blue and will impair visibility IMO Lee.

Oh and yes, the control gear is the same, the difference is in the lamp.
