Upgrading to H.I.D.....

anyone got any pictures of HID kits on a mk2 ph2 without xenons?? what do i need to buy? are these the type? http://www.hids4u.co.uk/store/product.php?productid=3&cat=16&page=1

I aint got no pics but i went for the 6000k HID cool kit on my clio 172
and they looked F***ing Ace!

Ebay is ur best bet just avoid the hong kong ones
but i was looking at that same hid kit there the other day...


The problem lie's in the Bulb holder.I have heard so many horror stories of
having to take ur bumper off to install these HID lights and to modify ur old
Bulb holder to allow the HID to stay in ur headlight housing just so many different stories
so im awaiting on conway to see how he got on..

Also conway which kit have u brought u got a link?
If it works on ur moter fine it will work safe on mine so i may purchase the same kit

If i can get my hands on a HID unit for the mk 2 for £250 i will have it straight off
Less trouble and hassle

That is the kit I have...it was recommended to me when i first created this thread, like i said hoping to get this done either friday or sat and will let everyone know

I stay clear of anything from Japan Conway specially when it involves electrics
Not saying all products are bad from there though u just gotta be careful..

But yeh looking forward to seeing the end result..
