uploading video from camera roll to computer ( iMac )

As above , i'm a bit rubbish at the syncing side of things..

Got a 2 min vid on my phone ( camera roll ) that i want on my computer - it's too big to email it myself.

Can somebody please talk me through how to upload it to the computer so i don't get loads of pictures and things goin on the computer.
