Upper gearbox mount

I know how to fit the upper engine mount, that seems to be a doddle. But has anyone here fitted an upper gearbox mount? And anyone care to give some advice as to how they done it?

airbox off, battery out, support gearbox, undo top nut in the middle of the mount (you may need a zip gun to shock the nut loose, as if you turn it by hand the mount tends to twist) then undo the two bots either side (go carefull as the bolts can fall through the holes) then get some big pipe clamps and wriggle the mount till it comes off
