DOES ANY BODY BUILD UPRATED BOXES FOR THE MK1 CLIO SOMETHING CAPABLE OF HANDELING 350FT/LB OF TORQUE I,VE TRIED SEDEV IN FRANCE NO LUCK THERE ANY IDEAS

ktec used to have a sadev box for mk1 Clio for sale, not sure if they still have it, but try them anyway. Also the likes of bbperformancetuning and hill power, all the usual suspects. Sadev probably dont do a box for them anymore, cause I dont think there is many mk1 Clios competing at that level anymore (or a level where such boxes are necessery)

thanks lads i,ve tried quaife nothing doing same swr . k-tec had sadev six speed but only 200ft/lb power rating for six grand. sadev have proto type box but not available until middle of next year. as for turbo bb performance package but detuned for williams gearbox told of 500hp if i can find box

Are there no turbo boxes that will do you? 5,11 etc? Id ask on RTOC, mor echance of someone on there having over 250 brake/ 200lbs/ft than on here.

Try Bernie at competion transmission services 01582 840008. he built the box in Sunny Khalsas big power 178mph fiesta. and before bernies box it ate 3 quaife gear sets!!!!!!

Diesel Clio boxes should be able to withstand some more power as there stronger built. But 350lb you manybe better getting a gearbox of a more powerul car ie 2.2 DCI

But he will be higher geared the diesel box meaning 80 in second maybe.
