uprated radiator fan

just out of interest but is this something thats available for a valver? Anybody using one of BBPT low temp fan switch?? Is it recommened?

Ive got a low temp fan switch from BBPT, and think its an essential mod, I wouldnt go back to the standard one.

Ive never heard of any uprated fans available for the valver though, you dont really need one though, the standard one is good enough IMO.

My valver runs at a certain temperature when Im driving it normally, when I drive it hard it runs slightly hotter, then when its gets slightly hotter still, the low temp fan switch cuts in and cools it down.

Why bother waiting till it gets another 5 degrees hotter till the fan kicks in?

What do you get out of fitting one?

rad fan will kick in at a lower temp to keep the system cooler... ideal if your stuck in traffic... saves unnecessary heat building up
