Uprating Plenum on a 172 FF

What and where would i get an uprated plenum for my 172ff ?

Angelworks ?

And what about the lower inlet manifold bit ?

I've heard the ones on the 182, with "Rs" on them are better.

Is this true ?

And would that come with new Plenum or separate ?

The RS lower inlets are meant to be less restrictive than the non rs ones. If i ever get round to doing mine ill take it to angelworks Check their site as they can do it on an exchange basis with your current bits.
