Urgent Diffrent Plug On Brake Light

Im Just In The Middle Of Changing My Spoiler To Cup Spoiler Took Old Spoiler Off And Went To Fit Cup Spoiler And The Connection On The Cup Spoiler Brake Light Is Square And The Plug On My Clio Is Round So I Cant Connect Brake Light Any1 Got An Idea How To Solve It

You will have to cut and join the wires. Soldering and heatshrink is the best method.
You could use crimped sleeve connectors, but whatever you do, don't use Scotchlocks.
If its an LED brake light, you will need to observe the polarity or it wont work.
If you are not sure about the colours, try it both ways, it will only work one way round.

cut the ends of each wire and connect them up, that's all I did, worked fine.

cut the old connecters off and crimp new bullet connectors on, job done

i was thinking of doing all of the above but i dnt have any wires on the cup brake light just the 2 small pins i bought it brand new from renault the only wires are the ones originally on the car

You need the plug then with the trailing wires on it.....Renault or a breakers yard.

You could solder the required wires into the socket if you have a steady hand and a small soldering iron.
