*URGENT!!!* Fitting AST top mounts to standard shocks.

In what order do the components go when fitting the top mounts?

Do you retain the standard bearing or not?

I've got these, they have a little insert. Does that sit on the little nut that holds the top spring retainer on and then the AST bearing on top of that?

It's all sorted now. The car was at the garage and they weren't sure. I went there and worked it out.
