My drivers lock is getting vey very bad now, just took me about 20mins to get into the car.
The problem is this:
Key in lock, turn key to open lock, the pin doesnt raise very high atall (max 2mm)
So the door will not open properly, it opens a small bit asif its on the hinge but then it wont open completely because the door is still locked because of the door pin not raising enough.
Cant get in through passenger side either because the locks seized.
Question is, whats the problem? Locking mechanism or something else?
The door pin raises fine using the central locking button inside the car but its only dodgy with the key which is the only way to get into the car from outside.
Asking for some help off here before I ring places tomorrow to price up parts.
