Urgent help with tires please!

Forgive my ignorance with tyres but will som 195/45r16's fit my standard 182 alloys? Currently have 205's.

Kind of need some advice quickly as about to go and pick the others up.

I doubt whether they'll fit, plus if they're the wrong size ur insurance will be invalid.

Just spoke to Renault who say you can go up or down 1 size, the 182 did come with 205 originally didnt it?
