Urgent Help!!!!

Hey.

Ive got a Clio MK2 Phase 1 and i have jus bought a sound system for my car and Im a lil stuck at the minute.

Ive manged to wire it right the waty through the car but i jus cant seem to find a way of of gettin the wire from inside the car to the engine bay as there are no holes for me poke the wire throiugh well i cant see anyway, ive had the carpet up on the passenger side but jus cant seem to find a way

Wondering if anyone can tell me how u have ended up doing urs and if u have ne picz would be a greta help

You have one hole just about few inches up above gas pedal. There should be some hole. You can see that hole also if you take off antifrezze can. It is just behind it

I think Rain might have a left hand drive car as all righ hand drive cars the grommit is on the passenger side.

I've searched there for ages, had the carpet up and even the insualtion behind tht it seems so tough to find i cant see anythin at all and its really annoying

Somebody mentioned that too me but Im unsure were its gin to safe to drill and the face of water getting in so its not a plan id like to do but if thats the only way gues have to me done, anyone know of a gud place to drill

Correct, I have left hand drive car, I have forget that SteDonaghy have the right hand drive car

There is absolutly no need to drill a hole unless the wire is 4awg or bigger.

Go into the left hand side foot well with a torch. You'll see a whole load of wires etc and also 1 black cable going through an oval grommit. This is the grommit you need to go through.

you can easily fit 4 guage!! I am sure I could squeeze 0 guage through as well its all about sticking your head under your dash

WHEN i finally restart my install I will do a full guide in stage including design, wiring, product selection, speaker aiming and system building

Will have the lot in for FCS so i better get started soon

Cool, Ive never tried 4 gauge, got 2 8 gauge at the mo but heard of others claiming they struggled with 4awg. Now get to it boyo and rebuild it!

I've got 4awg through mine just was a right game and the grommet is stretched like fook. The 8awg I had before it was way easier to do though.

It sounds amazing the base is xtreme, i recommend the new products from Fli there a new upcoming systems n been higley rated by the likes of Max Power. Redline etc... its defintly better then wot i expected, all ready got told to move away from the college premieses if i kept it on lol
