URGENT!!!! transfering data

how can i get the data of a dvdr onto my pc to transfer it to a new disc?

the disc i have fifa on (is a copy) is fooked but i have some new dvdr so was going to put it onto as new disc?

help please

when you say the disc is broke do you mean its scratched and wont read?

If its scratched just use T-cut or polishing wax. Ive fixed loads of Cds by polishing the scratches out.
