urget help needed with i pod

my ipod is frozen in the setting its it when its likned to the headunit and the light wont go off any ideas please

Try pressing and holding the two centre buttons, it should reboot it.

im going to sound stupid now but on the front of mine there is a big circle with a little button in the middle so do i press the play button and the white one??

Not sure on the latest ones, I have the four button one. You could try the Menu button and the play button, but if they are both on the wheel, then Im not sure, try a mac forum maybe?

press the menu and centre button for 6 seconds on a flat surface to reset.
