Usb to Ethernet (cat5) solutions

When out doing laser shows you need all the controllers on stage and then you get given a single cat5 cable back to the lighting booth.

I want to use 8 of these over Ethernet

Anyone got any thoughts on solutions for using 8 of those controllers down a single cat5 cable?

or looking at it you might be able to use some of the gpio to control the FB3-SE's
