Usual Oil Leak - traced near VVT Solenoid?

Car  Clio 182 Trophy. No. 189
Wondering if the oil leak I am experiencing is coming from the VVT solenoid or is it more likely to be from another area?

Car is drinking oil of late and have the usual oil sitting on the inlet manifold.

Have a few pictures but not sure if these help?

Crack off one bolt at a time, stick a bit of sealant under the heads not the thread and tighten back up to 12nm. There is a rubber seal on the solenoid so might be worth checking or sticking some sealant around that too

Thanks.

Is it worth replacing the vvt gasket? Otherwise what is the best sealant to use as never really had to do anything like this before.

Thanks

Loctite 5810 i think is what I used, but any that is suitable for contact with oil will be grand.

have you tried tightening the rocker bolts? as Cro mentioned, check the seal on the solinoid. Might need replacing. It doesn't look like a major leak though, so it wouldn't account for the high oil usage really.
