No experience but it looks really nice. Its been on pistonheads a while now, seems a decent price for the age and mileage.

I would consider emailing them or phoning them to get more information? such as condition, does it have full renault service history, condition of tyres and they maybe be able to send you some more pics. Might be worth it if you are travelling along way.

also, i forgot to ask about tyres and brake pads/discs... i've asked what condition all of those are in

I've asked if i can get a full AA inspection done on it, see what he says... it's got to be worth a couple of hundred quid for piece of mind, if it's all legit, he'll not mind me paying for one to be carried out

I'll keep you informed, it could be mine by early next week !!!

oh, and rides will be given if i get it, i'll pay membership and go to some meets

Looks a god buy mate. I would deffo pay for a AA check or something just to make sure the car is all legit, when spending 16k another £200 not going to make a big difference. If all thats fine go and buy her!!!!

It's been on there for ages now, this is the second time it's been on. If it was any good i'm sure it would have gone by now.
Loads of mk2's seem to sell within a week on there (and they are up for more money)

yeah, i've been looking for a few weeks for a Mk2 and this does seem cheap. But, things that seem cheap, are usually cheap for a reason

I've asked for more pictures... maybe the fact it has dirty wheels has put people off, but what does that say about somebody trying to sell a car if they can't even be bothered to clean it for the photos :S

don't forget in order to transfer the tracker into your name it'll cost you about £350ish, use that to bargain with!

£350 is a lifetime subscription, for a year it's £120.00 - i'd go with the £120 tbh unless you plan on keeping it, most people seem to get rid within year (well the ones i've called up about)

The thing is there is no incentive for them to sell it cheap at all. unless the car is visual in terrible condition or unless there is a problem with it which is noticeable when driven
