Yep, series 1 Stig was Perry McCarthy, not sure about this series tho. There must be a Stig mk2 because Top Gear have a car running in a 2CV race at Snetterton on the 14th with Stig down as one of the drivers, but Perry McCarthy is down to be at Le Mans the same weekend.....

Was a Top Gear shoot when they put the new shape Impreza against the Evo 7 when it first came out down at Castle Combe. Tiff told us all the Evo was better (happened to be ten Evos down there plus owners) but when it went out he said the Scooby was on top.

Tiff works for Channel 5 nuff said.
