v6 back to perfect!!

had it back for nearly 2 weeks now...but the weathers been that shitty and cold ive not had a chance to wash it all etc

so nice to have a car without a stonechip or anything...im hang back along way from other cars to make it last lol!

i bloody love this car....i cannot make my mind up weather black or liquid is nicer arrghh

its only on pistonheads cause im toying with a liquid yellow...but i know my cars a good 'un (dont mean that in a boasting way) with its great service history and new coils etc..so dont know if its worth £4-5k to change to a liquid?!

in the end the whole front end was painted, sprayed into the doors...they have made a stunning job of the car and putting it all back together

think the total bill including the new bumper and wing was just over £2100.. lol

if your car is mint but you wanted ly why didn't you just get the whole car resprayed in ly. i'm sure that would have made more sense than shelling out for a respray then selling it and spending a load more money on a ly. just my opinion.

i had the sidelights out for a while after my last trip to ali's...and yes it looks sexy but i was amazed at how it affected the general brightness of the lights...so i put them back in

one small job to do is have the lights set to the correct height..the drivers side is currently much too low..must get onto that next week sometime!

as for re-spraying mine LY....why would i do that?? imagine trying to sell a v6 that wasnt its original colour??
only way i would spray one would be if i bought a CAT D and did it white...now that would be the sex!

I'm not sure how much better liquid would actually come up if it was fully PC'd - was thinking this the other day. Was gonna try claying it. After Maguires and Resin Polish it looks pretty much imaculate.
