v6 lower plastic trim

hey guys i just been thinking of different things to try out and does the lower plastic trim around the gear gatior etc fit on a 182? or has anyone done simular to it and sprayed it make it like the v6?

this is the bit i mean..

I thought about it on my 1.2, would proably look out of place as I believe it extends all the way to the bulk head on the v6. Obviously you have rear seats and an empty space behind you in the 182. Try find a V6 for breaking atm, neigh on impossible!

Hmmm yeaa never thought of that, how about the standard one resprayed then the trim added around the gatior?

You'd have to do a certain amount of sanding/filling to get the smooth texture feel the V6 trim has. I've not seen it done personally but I'd imagen it could look good colour coded to the car/dash strips!

Yeaa that's what I thought, might be a little something to do, my mate has a spare one so worth a go I think

There's a vee being broken on eBay, p, the seller, see if they have the gaitor surround going? I think it could look ace

There is no prices listed on the system and it tells me to contact the dealer but if its £163.61 for the silver surround round the gear stick (Item No 3) i hate to think how much one of the consoles will cost.

Gearknob used to be over £400, they are much more resonable now
