Although it is rusting after only 8k miles :( Some slight surface rust just inside the arches and on the joint line between the sill and rear 3 / 4 panel, a job for next year I think.
M3 will be having a wheel refurb and full front end respray plus a few other bits in the next month after my holiday so will be back to its best.
V6 will hopefully be having some Recaros when I find some, plus a new steering wheel.

  A special one.
Good to see that you are looking after the old girl mate.

It needs to be wax oiled Joe, the Jag needs to go to a specialist who knows these cars.

Id of love to have been driving it today with the roof down and the summer sun shining on my bald head.

Not used it for a while unfortunately mate, not had chance.
I've got the day off after I get back from Croatia so hoping to take it to these guys for some advice:

Supposed to be the best around my area. Although it is running beautifully at the minute, no misfires, odd noises etc so almost not wanting to do anything to it at all for fear of causing a problem. Even the aircon is still ice cold! I think the previous issues were down to it hardly being used and just needed a good run on fresh fuel and oil.

The paintwork on the beemer is basically a tester for where I can take the Jag…still not decided which one to go for though!

Joe, not so much for the mechanical side of things dude but the body.

A good Jag specialist will know the cars water traps and where they are prone to rust.

This way they can treat it/prevent it before the dreaded tin worm sets in.

Such a lovely car, i do hope you get it out for some nice sunny drives this year.

It's literally just tiny bits of surface rust and bubbling up to now, so nothing to worry about so long as it's sorted at some point soon. Just makes you laugh as my M3 has seen more rain this month than the jag has since it rolled off the line and it's suffering already!

I'm looking forward to buying a house next year and getting a garage up, a nice big bespoke one that will be insulated and perfect for the V12 & V6!

You have some nice toys there. Must be a hard choice in the morning!

Typical question here but.. what is it you work as?

What an epic collection. Glad to see you have the number plate light holder too!

Thanks mate.

Cheers. Kind of, but the Jag hardly moves, the bike is a pain to unlock as I have 8 locks and is too noisy in the mornings, and the M3 blocks them all in at night. Normally treat myself on a Friday with the V6 if it's not raining!

I'm a Project Manager with a bespoke metal fab company currently.
The Jag was my Dad's, the rest are mine.
