Couple of questions... @Allan-
does your our crank pulley move in And out like your flywheel? Because if it does, it leads me to my next question, did you put the thrust washers in your engine? Lol silly one I know but I can't see a billet flywheel being bent out Of shape like that.
Next question, what size master cylinder do you have and how have you connected it to the slave? Copper pipes?
Next question, what hole did you go in with that camera lol?
Crank movement was next on my list to check after seeing the movement. Will try and get over tomorrow to check.
has been running for 10k since the engine was built and 1000 ish with the box when it slowly stopped releasing over about 10 miles. The pipe work and master cylinder is from a golf mk4 tdi along with the box and shafts all from 1 car
and I went in via the starter hole. Take the starter out then bolted it back up with no starter on
Pulled the engine last night, changed the clutch cover and still no change (its had a new cover, slave and friction plate now).
Tried to get some pics of the master for you Jaff but couldn't get into the foot well due to crap in the way.
Checked the crank too and 0 movement on that, it didn't budge even 1mm
