Valver Air Filter

Im now after getting an aftermarket panel filter for my valver, but aint sure what is the best one to get. Any ideas please? Experiences even better!!!

stock paper ones are good, just replace when dirty, there is no gain to be had agasint a clean paper one.

Good aftermarket ones are K&N, Green and ITG.

You won't ntice much difference if any but it does mean that you don't have to change the filter.

Is it true that on a valver you can actually lose power then with an induction kit?
