valver exaust system

just a quick question i have a scorpion exaust system and i was just wondering if it has a de-cat on it or do i have to by this part thanks for all your help

i have got on my knees and had gander at it but how do you tell if it is a de-cat my car is very quite went reving it

The standard cat is not stainless,so if you have a stainless steel pipe joined to the manifold-down pipe, you have a de-cat
