Valver Gearbox

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I could get a clio 16v gearbox or if there is an alternative i could use?

Dan,Most of the 5 speed boxes in the Renault range will fit,The JB5 is the one to go for or if you can get a good one a JC5 (I think) is the Williams.However I,have used a JB3 5 speed box from a 5Turbo,the down side is that,this has the electrical speedo.If you are not bothered I use them for my rallying and use a Stacks dash,so it does not bother me.Have a word with Bayliss on here,as he has having one refurbished for his valver.

Cheers mate...Isn't the JC5 the one they use on the renault 19 16v as well? Could I get away with the box from an RSi or would it not be strong enough?
