Valver, lumpy idle from cold start

Car  MK1 Clio 16v
This isn't really much of a problem for me, i just have a small problem where on a cold start, if i leave it to idle, it will start off smooth, then it will begin to chug a little, then the revs will kick back up and everything will be fine again.

If i give it a few revs when its chugging it sorts itself out and it's fine. It's never given me any trouble nor does it misfire or loose any power or anything, it's just the way it is.

Just wondered if there's anything i can do to fix it?

Starting from warm is fine and runs as smooth as a new one!

Injector cleaner, try it (Redex)
Spark Plugs
The ole lamb' maybe
ISCV, clean it.

for a start...

Has brand new spark plugs already, as well as new dizzy cap and rotor arm and HT leads.

Is the injector cleaner something you put into the petrol? I'll grab some of that.

The ole lamb' = lambda sensor? Is that the sensor just before the cat?

ISCV - How do i clean this?

Thanks for the suggestions :)
