valver oil pressure

just wandering out of curiosity what my clio 1.8 16v oil pressure should be between on tick over and at top end revs. thanks

also does anyone know how much the crankshaft oil seal will cost to get fixed think its leaking.........

Don't know a Valvers exactly but a Williams should be 1.2 bar at 1k rpm and 3.5 bar at 3k rpm, guessing there about the same but might be different but gives you something to go on.

Depends how warm the engine is...from cold should be 5+bar, once warm , 3-4 bar at motorway speed going down to not a lot at tickover.

mine reads bout 3.5 bar on motorway but on tickover like half a bar is that right???
