Variable speed sensor?

Basically, on my heat controls, 1, 2 & 3 don't work, only 4 does.

Is this the variable speed sensor knackered?

Cheapest place to buy one, or is anyone stripping a Clio and selling one?

Resistor pack is shot, its not the same as the speed control pack for the climate equipped cars.
