Various Electrical Problems

Hi all, thank you already if anyone can help me. Basically i have an intermittent problem with my heater fans not blowing and the car speakers not working, even though both the headunit and the airon panel are working fine. Randomly thoug well i pull the electric window switches they will both start working again. And finally when i leave the car on idle I have warning lights flash up on my speedo. And I mean just any random light like service, stop, abs, traction control etc... all at once. If anyone could share some info or advice what i should be doing or looking at that would be great. Thanks again.

faulty ground point somewhere or interference in the main loom maybe.....that's me out of ideas

Thanks Oliver. Update as of tonight its running on three cylinders lol. Joys of owning a clio

Yeah get used to it lol! one thing after another.

check your connection from the battery - on my clio , theres some fuse thing that needs replacing directly attatched to the battery - see if that hasnt broke - if it has, then cheap fix = fuse wire and wrap it round. - failing that ive been to renault and they told me that to replace it i need to replace the loom ???? !


mine was because the batery wasnt getting charged back up - it was also not starting etc
