vehicle emissions control information sticker location, 2000 clio MTV

hi all. was just wondering if anyone could help me find the location of the vehicle emissions control information sticker on my clio. really need to find if its OBD-2 compliant?
have been googleing for a few days now with now luck
and help would be much appreciated..

Im pretty sure its not OBD-2 compliant, I was looking into this myself too and the PH1's are only OBD as far as im aware.
