very quick 172 question

I have a 172 mk 2 02 plate-
Buying turinis for it-

Given the choice what would be the best tyre profile? I know either a 195 or 205 would fit- but is that 45 / 16 or what?

Think you can get them in either 195/45, 205/45 195/40 or 205/40.

Previous tyres on mine were 215/40s but it had a very harsh ride.

I'm the same, tram lining can cause abit of concern when you're driving spiritedly on a country road. lol
