Very simple exhaust question

Will a 16v standard exhaust system, fit to a williams.

Are they the same exhaust from the cat back?

no it wont fit to a willy,the willy and the valver have different down pipes to my knowlege,but not sure about the rest of the system.

Sorry, I didn't mean the whole exhaust, I will rephrase....

Will the cat back part of a 16v exhaust, fit to the williams cat.

is it identical to the williams one? i.e. same size, same flow, same tail pipe, sorry to be a pain, but ive been offered a 2nd hand one at a really attractive price and just want to make sure its the same
