very slight scuff on alloy- removal?

just bought a new car, one of the alloys has a very very light scuff on it, is there any way of removing this, or at least making it look less scuffed?

it really is very light, its on a stainless steel lip

If it is on a stainless lip, no chance fella. If it is lacquered there might be hope.
