Very Strange Noise Engine Noise - What is it!?!???

First time I've ever been over 100mph in the Clio yesterday. (was at Bedford Autodrome)

When in 4th gear at about 6.5k+ revs this strange noise comes out of no where. From my rubbish memory it seems to be there right on the limit of 4th gear and into 5th I think. I think it disappears once I pull off the throttle. However it could be a reduction in speed I'm not entirely sure as was focusing on the track and the fast approaching corner!!

Not the easiest thing to test and show a mechanic because of the high speeds so I got my mate to take this video.

Anyone got any ideas?? Going to show my mechanic this week.

Car felt fine, and drove fine all day. When the noise starts I couldn't feel any change in the drive, but it did make me slightly vary. Enough to not want to do it again and again etc.

Anyone any idea what this could be? Engine? wheels bearings? Wind noise :S
