Vibe Base Box - Worth It?

Though I don't know wheather it's worth fitting in my 172 as it weighs alot, I can just pick it up off the floor. Do you think I would lose alot of power from the weight, not sure to selling it but it's so loud and the BASE is awsome!!!

Sell it and buy a high-quality (Image Dynamics or something like that) sub that will weigh less than two 12's, take up less room and probably sound better.
