viberation at 4k on a cup!!

Afternoon all,
I have a horrible viberation noise at 4k on my clio cup 172.
Sounds like its from the exhaust area.

Any ideas?
How do i cure it?

get a new exhaust......... middle section will probably fall off in a month or two.

Yep, my back box did shortly after the 4k rattle reared its head. Sometimes its only the heatshield rattling though I believe
