Turning engine off while driving means no brakes.
The noise i had turnd out to be exhaust touching subframe, as i had it sitting high up to avoid touching road hump, but was told it was so many other things

But if it was The exhaust the noise would stop when I turned the engine off and only does it over 30 mph

It's obviously something loose that's rattling, so check the exhaust mounts etc. If you turn off the car, the road will still be causing whatever it is to vibrate.
