Vibrating Valver!

When I Hit 3-4k on the rev range my car vibrates quite a bit!! Well Loads!!

Before 3k and after 4k its fine.. Smooth as anything!!

Any Ideas??

Wheel Balancing? Engine mounts?

Engine mounts/wheel nuts ok?
Might be coills or plugs.

Deffo not wheels or nuts or bearings.. I'm thinking the engine mounting.. Only because the inlet manifold seems a little too high.. Does anyone know how high it should be?
