Vibrating when stationary...

...when sat at lights or on my drive i have a really loud vibrating noise coming from the engine bay...it seems to be more when im facing down hill rather than uphill!! Also if i boot it in 1st it does it then all the way through to second gear??

Anyone got any suggestions?

Just ben to my local chemix and they said its not the exhaust vibrating or anything... so that just leaves the engine mounts... Anyone got a price on these??

Back to the top lads... Have had another longer look and have thought...could this be the gearbox mount??

:dapprove: I got the mechanic round from next door earlier on tonight and he confirmed my thoughts...a bolt had been forced out of the gearbox and pulling all the thread with it...He managed to tighten the bolt up a tiny little bit which means there is the tiniest bit of thread left in the bottom for it to hold on to...so now its time to say good-bye to the clio!! I was getting rid of it after FCS anywayz but now it cant wait as i havent got £400 for a gearbox...
