vibration checklist ?

Ive read a few past threads around this topic. It isnt anything major but I'd like it sorting still.

When im in 3rd, 4th and 5th and I stop accelerating I can hear a tinny vibrating noise. When I put the clutch down or continue to accelerate it stops.

Can anyone let me know their experiences and what they did to solve it?
