Is this wheel bearing?

Had the clip come off CV joint a while back, repacked with grease and cabletied it up, could this be a culprit.

Could well be have you hit any curbs has it started shuddering all of a sudden?

Check ball joint and whel nuts as well.

first things are wheel balance or a buckle.. if you have a knock or something perhaps the above is wrong, if you think so, get the car jacked up on a stand, grab the wheel and pull it about...left right up down etc while someone cups the joints.. if theres a clear knocking somethings worn..

vibration through steering wheel do you get this when pushing hard around sharp bends , i had this it was the top engine mount drivers feels
like the wheels coming out your hand , backed off the power went away
also pass side front shocker was leaking just ten thou on clock changed all whent away.
did engine mount on my 172 same one . may be a fault with the mount.

has happened for quite a while now.

plus i think engine mount has gone as the car judders quite a bit when pulling away and there is a noticeable knock when lifting off the throttle.

try the wheel balancing , or buckle like dave said . had the same thing happening on mine yesterday and it was just that .
