vibration?

had my 15s on and been on the motorway at high speeds, it feels rumbly and shakey every few seconds, has this got anything to do with the wheels or is this normal? it only happens at high speeds, and is the speedo correct? ive managed to get near 117 on a 1.2!?! i was struggling to get to 110 on my 17s! any suggestions people?

First things to check are make sure the wheel bolts are torqued up and get the wheels balanced and checked for any buckling IMO. If it's only started happening since you swapped wheels it's fair to say it should be one of those things causing it.
