Video Editing Software

What do people use?

I recently got a camcorder for my track days and want to trim some of the best footage etc.

I've been told to get Ulead VideoStudio 9 iirc that's it name, but can't seem to find it on limewire to download?

Any other suggestions? Only needs to be very basic lol!

i find ulead really awkward to use

REALLY liking the latest version of windows movie maker with al the transitions and clip effects and easy way to add titles and credits etc..

Adobe Premiere but Movie Maker is a good starting place.

Sony Vegas Video is just as good as premiere but much easier to use.

Cheers, woah i'm even more so impressed with the dark video, you really make that on Windows Movie Maker??! I've made 3 similar Airfield vids and seems I have much to learn still!! will download the other vid tomorrow when I have more time..

Agree with JamesRT, Sony Vegas is excellent. Lots of high end features possible if you want to use them, but not as difficult to use as Premiere (and all adobe products to be honest)
