Whats the best and easiest to use? want to remove music, add music, fade out the picture etc???

Windows movie maker ,add music , fade out , special effects , titles etc ... Not sure about removing music though , you might need some other software , thats if its actually possible to remove music from a video .

I use Adobe Premier Pro 1.5, but it far from easy and very expensive. You did ask what was the best though.

yeh WMM is cool if u wanna make nic elittle vids, but if u wanna go hardcore get premier, although its not that expensive if you have bit torrent!
