Video editor for PC (track day footage)

Does anyone know of a good film/video editor for the PC (Windows 10)?

I have lots of gopro footage from track days which I would quite like to edit together.

I use powerdirector at work and it's fine, never used anything else to compare it to though!

For basic editing then Windows movie maker will do what you want or GoPro studio.
