Viewing a 172 next week, info needed

Hi all this is my 1st post on here... oh and Merry Christmas!!
My girlfriend is going to view a 2002 Clio 172 next Monday and just need to know when the cambelt service is due on this vehicle? it's currently sat on 55,000 miles and as said above is a 2002 car.
Also anything else I should be looking out for on this model that is a common fault?

Belts due at 5 years from Date of reg or 72k miles which ever comes up 1st, so the car should already have had the Cam belt done.

Rear shock absorbers leaking is a common fault. Might want to check them out when buying.

As above, recommended is 72k/5yrs but many on here will advise you not to leave it past 4yrs/60k.

I had mine done @ the 36k service when 4yrs old for info, just to be on the safe side.
