There is no cap at all. You can download whatever you like. If you download more than your tarrifs limit during peak times, that day, your speed will be cut until midnight, that day. Then it goes back up again adn you can download as hard as you possibly can until the next peak time.
Basically you can queue up 1000000000000000GB and it will just slow down between 16:00 & 00:00. You can download more now over 24 hours than you could before, but for 8 of those hours your speed might be cut down in order to make the service useable for everyone.

- Most people in my household only actually USE the internet between 4pm-night
- We have many pcs all using the internet extensively
- 700mb is used up very quickly
- The internet is therefore at 2 meg for the rest of the night.
